ELIZABETH PADDON

Elizabeth Paddon is a professional singer, actor and storyteller whose work spans two continents and a few more decades than she cares to mention. She has toured with Second City, sung and danced at the Charlottetown Festival and played the Witch in Hansel and Gretel with the Honolulu Symphony.
As a speaker, she has worked throughout Canada and the U.K. with organizations such as The Body Shop, McMaster University, Barclay’s Bank in the U.K and at several CAPS events throughout Ontario. She has studied Voice, Acting, Dancing and Public Speaking with master teachers, including Annie Skinner, Paul Draper and Eugene Gendlin (Focusing Institute Chicago). Beginning her work as a speaker in 1995 with an international seminar company, she noted that the most successful speakers incorporated techniques that are basics in the world of theatre. It was then she began developing programs to facilitate this learning for other speakers.
She is a member of CAPS Toronto, ACTRA and the Storytellers School of Toronto and program director of Association of Independent Consultants. She lives in Toronto with her family and two cats and loves to garden, walk and read historical fiction.
Elizabeth specializes in helping speakers and executives express the strength of their convictions through developing superior presentation skills. Introducing techniques used by generations of successful theatre artists, Elizabeth's programs help presenters access their creative genius and deliver it from the front of the room for great results.
